Livera Studio emerged as the fruit of this quest – as a design-focused marketplace . Bringing together independent designers, premium brands, and expert partners, we've created a carefully curated selection. Each piece is chosen with intention; to bring tranquility, not clutter; consciousness, not consumption.

1. How long does it take to prepare and ship orders? Since most of our products are carefully manufactured to order, the preparation time is usually 7 business days . Standard stock items are also shipped within this timeframe. After shipping, delivery within Turkey takes 1-5 business days . Delivery times and customs procedures may vary for international orders. A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order is shipped.
2. Is the delivery time different for custom-designed items (jewelry, kimonos, textiles)? All items, including personalized jewelry, hand-painted kimonos, and custom-made textiles, are made to order, so a standard 7-business-day preparation time applies. The time may be longer for complex personalizations – we will inform you via email after your order.
3. Are your products natural and safe? Yes, the aromatherapy oils, Vivasan & Vitasan creams, and Alicia formulas in the Wellness collection are made with pure, natural ingredients (paraben-free, synthetic fragrance-free). Most are cruelty-free and vegan; some creams contain animal-derived ingredients such as natural goat milk – this is indicated in the product details.
4. How should I use aromatherapy oils and creams? Oils: 3-6 drops in a diffuser or dilute with a carrier oil before applying to the skin. Creams: Apply a thin layer to clean skin and massage. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. See our Usage Guides page for detailed instructions.
5. How do I use yoga bolsters? They are ideal for restorative poses (Child's Pose, Legs-Up-The-Wall, Supported Bridge). Hold each pose for 5-15 minutes, breathing deeply. Care: Wipe the fabric with a damp cloth.
6. Is there a return and exchange policy? For general products, you have the right to return/exchange within 30 days of delivery (unused, with tags, in original packaging). Custom/personalized products (custom jewelry, kimonos, etc.) cannot be returned. To initiate a return, write to info@liverastudio.com ; if accepted, we will provide a return shipping label. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the product.
7. Who are your partners and where do your products come from? We work with selected independent designers, premium Swiss brands (Vivasan, Vitasan, Alicia), and specialist manufacturers. Each piece is crafted with the highest quality standards and intention.
8. Is there free shipping? Free shipping is applied to orders of 500 TL and above within Turkey.
